1. Order Processing Time

At BIKE RUSH SDN. BHD., we are committed to delivering bicycles, parts, and accessories quickly and safely—whether it’s a complete mountain bike, a set of tires, or a small component for your ride.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), depending on stock availability and order size.
  • Once payment is received and products are confirmed, we prepare your order for shipment.
  • You will receive an order confirmation followed by a delivery tracking number (for courier shipments) or a scheduled delivery update (for bulk/bike deliveries).

2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

For Bicycles and Large Items:

  • Complete bikes and large items may be shipped via specialist logistics or local delivery partners to ensure safe handling.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.

For Small Parts & Accessories:

  • Shipped via trusted courier services directly to your provided address.

International Orders:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For special requests, please contact us for feasibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Standard parcels will include a tracking number sent via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
  • Complete bike orders may be coordinated via phone or email for scheduled delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

Possible causes for delay include:

  • Public holidays and peak festive seasons.
  • Remote or out-of-coverage areas.
  • Severe weather or road access issues.
  • Courier network delays.

While delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control, we will assist in following up and resolving delivery issues promptly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Inspect the goods immediately upon arrival.
  • Report any issues within 24 hours.
  • Provide photos of the item(s), packaging, and delivery slip.

We may arrange for:

  • Replacement items.
  • Partial or full refund.
  • Return pickup and redelivery.

Note: We are not liable for loss or damage after the item has been signed for or left unattended at your request.


7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)

If you need your items urgently or prefer to pick them up:
